Representatives of the project coordinator and consortium held a coordination meeting as a virtual event. The following main topics were discussed:

• The training of scientific supervisors and administrators of PhD programs
• The project website
• Plans for dissemination and sustainability of the project

Special attention was paid to the COVID-19 pandemic to take into account potentially required adjustments for the project work.
